Abstract:
Information and Communications Technology (ICT) is a complex and ever-changing term used to refer to technological tools that people use to communicate and to create, disseminate, store and manage information. This definition of ICT indicates such technologies as radio, television, video, DVD, telephone, both fixed lines and mobile, satellite system, computer, and network hardware and software, together with the equipment and services that are linked with these technologies such as video conferencing and e-mail.
