Development of Arts and Craft Resource Centre at Regional Institute of Education, Bhopal

Abstract

Under the programme of development of Resource Centre for Arts & Handicrafts at Regional Institute of Education, Bhopal, a three day workshop on Toys and Puppets of Gujarat in context of the States of Gujarat, Dadra Nagar Haveli & Diu-Daman was organized at the Institute.Over the years, the institute has organised workshops on arts, handicrafts, folk arts and tribal instruments of the states of Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Goa under the Source Centre of Arts, along with experimental work and visits by artists.
