Abstract:
Further, the Bachelor degree and Post Graduate degree in Library Science offered by
the Universities are mainly concentrating their curriculum aiming to prepare the library
professionals for the higher education institutions and school library is totally neglected. In
India not even a single university or institution is offering any specialized course for the
