Abstract:
This programme report and module book has been designed in accordance with NEP-2020. It is expected to serve as a guide for key resource persons which includes Physical Education Teacher, Physical Training Instructors and Yoga Teachers. It is very important to educate learners of Physical education and Yoga about the latest trends in physical education, yoga and indigenous sports. Yoga is a way of better life. It ensures greater efficiency in work and a better control over mind and emotions. Through Yoga, we can achieve both physical and mental harmony.
