dc.description.abstract After doing the EFA, the study finds the three factors i.e., impact, Comfortability and support of students’ perception towards online learning and teaching. Further. EFA was undertaken on collected information of perception teachers towards on online learning and teaching. The study finds the three factors such as teaching practice, training and development and efficacy of teachers’ perception towards online learning and teaching. The council of higher secondary educators and management team should be dedicated to continuous quality enhancement in their services to attain in the global competitiveness. The teachers and management must understand that to improve the quality, processes need constant review and modification. The faculty members should be able to persuade students to take the right decision to achieve their success and lead a productive life and participate in the development of the state as well as the country. Ability to deliver holistic and man-making education should be given more rating in accreditation assured quality of council of higher secondary education in Odisha. en_US
