dc.description.abstract Teacher education refers to those policies and procedures that equip teachers with the knowledge, aptitude, behavior and skills they need to perform effectively in their classroom, school and wider community in the future. Under this, the process in which a teacher is provided training or teaching assistance for the first few years or only one year in a school after coming into service, such as making attendance register, accounting of fees, knowledge of students' tests, etc. Here the professional development of a professional teacher is continued. Many times it is believed that now we have become teachers and there is no need for us to study or increase our knowledge, but this perception is wrong. It is necessary for an in-service teacher to read to keep himself updated. en_US
