Abstract:
Education is not the last system of human development, it is the first stage of his personality development, by climbing which he moves towards the pinnacle of progress. Before setting foot on the ladder of education, after getting admission in any educational institution, one should continuously learn from the many experiences acquired through mother's lullabies, playing with brothers and sisters, subtle observation of the family environment and contact with the bounded society. Through emotions one enters the world of thoughts and this world of thoughts keeps increasing in the abundance of his acquired knowledge. For maturity in thoughts, the foundation of the building like education should be strong. Just as a building with a weak foundation collapses due to the gusts of time, similarly without a well-planned education, a semi-educated human being collapses like a rootless tree. Unfortunately, this is the situation of education and teachers in independent India.
Education is a necessity of life. It makes life interesting and alive and provides energy to physical, mental and spiritual development. child's all-round development of personality is possible only through education.
