dc.description.abstract God's greatest gift to mankind is the human brain. The brain acts as the supreme center of learning and is capable of performing miracles. The brain, when properly molded, can help individuals live a meaningful and purposeful life. The system which brings about changes in the functioning of the brain, we recognize it as the education system. Education is thus understood as a system which aims at the harmonious and progressive development of its learners. Apart from humanizing humanity, it enables individuals to develop logic, thinking ability, problem solving skills, positive attitudes and values. That is why a successful educational system is often considered to be a rational, civilized and responsible socialization and teachers are one of the primary stake holders of this education system. This system is the compilation and product of many and diverse factors which can be classified as:Factors related to the students, their homes, their environment.School-related factors.Factors related to education system. (Vegas and Petro, 2008) According to the American Commission on Teacher Education (1974), “The quality of a nation depends on the quality of its citizens and the quality of its citizens depends on the quality of their teachers.” Indeed. On the school side, teachers are considered the most important factor for students to learn and acquire the necessary skills. They are key players who help increase student achievement, skill development, and provide equal opportunities (Hanushek and Ravin, 2012: Hanushek, 2011: Kane and Steiger, 2008). The Education Commission (1964-66) also recognized that the success of any education system depends on its teachers.Depends on quality. Who shape the class by sharpening the younger generation. any of this It is not an exaggeration that no education system is ever above the level of quality of its teachers.Thus, it would not be wrong to say that teachers have the ultimate powers to create en_US
