Abstract:
Inclusive education means inclusion of all types of students in education, that is, under inclusive education, students with special needs are given education along with normal students. In present education, emphasis is being laid on equality, participation, freedom. Yes, the role of teachers is very important under the inclusive education system, because in the inclusive education system, the teacher does not limit himself only to teaching, but also makes proper adjustment of the students with special educational needs in the class, provides supportive teacher material for them. Construction, etc. work has to be done. In the inclusive education system, the personality of general teachers also develops, classroom management qualities develop in teachers, and the ability to provide education to all types of students develops. Through this, group work skills are developed in general teachers. Inclusive education is the inclusion of all good teaching practices with a view to the objective educational upliftment of the nation; exclusion from it results in inferior living conditions or isolation, which prevents some individuals from participating in the cultural achievements of their society.
