dc.description.abstract The education given in any society changes from time to time just as the society changes.” Professor Ottaway There is an unbreakable relationship between education and respect. The form of culture and way of life in the society. Accordingly, the needs of that society are there. Keeping those needs in mind, education is arranged in that society. Along with the change in the needs of the society, there is a need to change the form of education also. In which the role of socialization is considered to be education as a medium for social development and personal identity of the students. The form in which education will be given to children. The society will continue to adopt the same form or shape. Therefore, the research has studied the relationship between the impact of social environment and emotional intelligence on educational achievement. A person is neither social nor anti-social at the time of birth, his aim is only to fulfill his basic needs. At the time of birth, a human child is just a zoological or biological unit, at that time he is just a living effigy made of blood, flesh and bones. There is no social quality in it. He is unaware of the customs, traditions, values and culture of the society, but he is born with some physical abilities and because of these abilities he learns a lot. Becomes an active member of the society and embraces the culture. This ability to be sharp develops in a person only by living in the society and coming in contact with other people of the society. en_US
