<description>A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF ENROLMENTS AND INFRASTRUCTURE AVAILABILITY IN STATE GOVERNMENT AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SECONDARY SCHOOLS OF BHOPAL
UPADHYAY, SMT. RASHMI
Education serves as a cornerstone for societal advancement and individual empowerment, playing a pivotal role in shaping human capital and fostering sustainable development. It transcends the mere acquisition of knowledge, acting as a transformative force capable of driving social and economic progress within a nation. In India, the school education system operates through a distinctive dual structure, encompassing both State Government and Central Government schools. These two administrative entities function with their own unique mechanisms for administration, funding allocation, curricular design, and provision of infrastructural facilities. The efficacy and quality of these diverse school types profoundly influence student enrolment, retention rates, and ultimately, learning outcomes, particularly at the secondary level, which is a critical juncture bridging foundational education with higher studies or vocational training pathways.&#13;
The existence of this dual structure, with its differing operational models, inherently creates a fertile ground for disparities. These variations are not simply random occurrences but are often direct consequences of the systemic design, where differences in resource allocation and administrative efficiencies can significantly amplify existing inequalities. This fundamental structural divergence makes a comparative study of these school types particularly pertinent for understanding the nuances of educational provision in India.

<description>A STUDY ON THE AWARENESS OF THE TEACHERS WORKING IN INCLUSIVE SCHOOLS ON VOCATIONAL EDUCATION FOR THE DIVYANG STUDENTS
Panda, Prakash Chandra
There have been efforts nationally as well as internationally to include children with diverse needs in the educational mainstream. In order to achieve a truly inclusive education, we need to think about and incorporate children with special needs into regular schools. Inclusive schools have to address the needs of all children in every community and the central and state Governments have to train their teachers to manage inclusive classrooms.&#13;
As the RPWD Act, 2016 state that the appropriate Government shall formulate schemes and programmes including provision of loans at concessional rates to facilitate and support employment of persons with disabilities especially for their vocational training and self-employment and to achieve the same exclusive skill training programmes for different types or categories of persons with disabilities with active links with the market.

<link>http://13.126.40.108:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/812</link>
<description>THE ROLE OF CHILDREN’S LITERATURE IN HINDI TEACHING AT THE PRIMARY LEVEL (HINDI)
YADAV, PUNKAJ KUMAR
The foundation of the holistic development of any nation lies in its education system. In a multilingual and multicultural country like India, the effectiveness of education largely depends on the quality of language instruction. Education provided at the primary level plays a crucial role in the intellectual, moral, and cultural development of children. The purpose of primary education is not only to teach literacy but also to foster an interest in language among children and develop their capacity for creative thinking. In the teaching of the mother tongue, children’s literature serves as an effective tool.
