Abstract: Teaching is widely recognized as one of the most influential professions in society due to its fundamental role in shaping future generations. It is often referred to as the “mother of all professions” because it lays the foundation for all other careers (Darling-Hammond, 2000). The quality of education in any society is intrinsically tied to the quality, dedication, and motivation of its teachers. In this context, understanding the attitudes and motivational orientations of pre-service teachers the future torchbearers of education is of paramount importance.
