INTERNSHIP IN TEACHING REPORT

Abstract

"The Internship in Teaching is an integral part of the professional preparation of student-teachers enrolled in various teacher education programmes at the Regional Institute of Education, Bhopal. It provides an opportunity for prospective teachers to bridge the gap between theory and practice by engaging in real classroom teaching under the guidance of mentor teachers and faculty members. The internship programme for the academic year 2024–25 was meticulously planned and implemented in alignment with the recommendations of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. It aimed to develop competencies related to planning, implementation, assessment, and reflection in actual school settings."
