Abstract: The university community can benefit greatly from IRs. One significant benefit of IRs is that they free educators and students from worrying about technical aspects like file formats and storage problems by enabling them to post their publications to a reliable, highly discoverable platform. The university community can benefit greatly from IRs. The regional institute of education has taken the lead in this direction by digitizing its own collection, which includes theses, dissertations, ERIC reports, faculty publications, institute publications, PAC programs, and theses, among others. To maintain and manage the data, they are using the open-source software Dspace (digital space). Stable Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) and rights management are two other services that the library might offer via the IR. The review meeting occurs and suggestion was given to upgrade our library from local server to cloud server after that we upgrade our dspace software
