dc.description.abstract | Teacher has the highest position in Indian society. A teacher makes the society development oriented through education. Therefore, the objectives of education keep changing according to the country, time and circumstances. Which complement the changing needs of the society. Education enables us to choose the right path by taking appropriate decisions according to the situation and to choose the right option at appropriate opportunities in different areas of life. Teacher is the pivot around which educational activities take place and he is considered the builder of the nation. Teacher has the most important place in the education system of any nation. For the progress or development of a school, there is a need for proper curriculum, best textbooks, good educational resources, and suitable schools, but more than that, there is a need for suitable teachers who run the education system. Teachers play an important role in the all-round development of children. It is the teacher who actually develops the physical, mental, intellectual, social and emotional development of the child. Teachers also have to play an important role in the school environment. It is the teacher who gives practical form to the entire school plan. Even the best teaching method becomes ineffective if the teacher does not use it properly. | en_US |
