Two types of stereotypical gender roles are seen in our society. Most people in the society have different views about the roles of boys and girls. The role of boys and girls inside the house has become traditional and stereotyped. Most of the people recognize the role of boy and girl on the basis of their characteristics, actions, values and behavior. In sexual characteristics, sexual characteristics and attitudes are closely related to each other. Gender characteristics are based on biological and social conditions. Socialization of children in the society on the basis of gender characteristics starts from childhood, goes through adolescence and reaches maturity. The period of childhood and adolescence is important in the socialization of children. At the same time, most of their physical, mental and social development takes place and changes also occur. Children's gender roles are more powerful during adolescence. At home, school and society, boys and girls are socialized on the basis of gender. Boys are encouraged to adopt male roles such as aggression, dominance, independence, adventurousness, fearlessness, high achievement etc. Whereas girls are encouraged to take on feminine roles. Such as humble, obedient, dependent, timid, low achieving etc. The role of parents is important in the education of children, as positive rewards and reinforcement given by parents to children are more important. Parents try to make their children good on the basis of their positive experiences. The role of parents and teachers has an important impact on the gender roles of children.en_US
