Abstract: Education is the first stage of human personality development. By climbing which he moves towards the pinnacle of progress. For the maturity of thoughts, the foundation of the building of education should be strong. Just as a building with a weak foundation collapses due to the gusts of time, in the same way a semi-educated human being collapses like a rootless tree without proper education. Unfortunately, this is the situation of education teacher and student in independent India. The progress of any nation depends on its proper system of education and health. To make education purposeful and useful, changes are required in it from time to time. So that boys and girls can play their role successfully in nationalism, development of body, mind and intellect is possible only through education. In the last 55 years, tireless efforts have been made for the development of education but there has been no change in the structure of education. The level of education in India continued to decline; under the National Education Policy, special emphasis was given on child-centric education. Much needed material was made available under Operation Blackboard, but inspection and monitoring reveal that the resources available in primary schools are not utilized properly. From this point of view, real education is that which, by proposing coordination and cooperation in physical, cultural, economic and social behaviour, makes a person characterful, hard-working and self-reliant. In the present context, the role of the education system has been questioned due to its performance effect. Due to which the modern form of education comes under doubt. This type of role in the education system. Question has been raised due to the demonstration effect due to which education is not modern.
