Study of teacher effectiveness of contractual teachers of primary schools of Chhattisgarh state (Hindi)

Abstract

Guru has the highest position in Indian society, because it makes the society development oriented through education. Therefore, the objectives of education keep changing according to the time and circumstances of the country, which complement the changing needs of the society. Education enables us to choose the right path by taking appropriate decisions as per the circumstances and choose the right option on different occasions in different areas of life. Education has the most important place in the education system of any nation. For the progress or development of the school, there is a need for appropriate curriculum, best books, good education, resources and suitable schools, but what is more important is suitable teachers and teachers. . They are the ones who run the education system. Understanding the fact that the education system of any country is lifeless and dull in the absence of good teachers, teachers had a special place in ancient India, but during the British rule, the condition of teachers became worrisome. Therefore, after independence, Radhakrishnan Commission, Mudaliar Commission, Kothari commission appointed by the government emphasized that without improving the economic, social and professional conditions of teachers, the responsibility of teachers will remain incomplete. All the educationists, scholars, politicians and administrators of the country accept that only teachers can provide stability to the country during the crisis it is going through.
