Abstract: Education is a process which helps in the natural and harmonious development of man's innate powers. fully develops his individuality, helps him to adjust to his environment, prepares him for the duties and responsibilities of life and citizenship, and brings about such changes in his behavior, thoughts and attitudes that the society, country and It is beneficial for the world. Education is the ladder of development that leads man and society on the path of progress. Education introduces reality and truth to the human mind. Education is the means by which a society keeps its culture alive and spreads it. It is indispensable for understanding social problems and coping with social tensions and changes. It is also considered a means by which the general productivity of the population increases and thus the standard of living increases. The quality of life in terms of good health, normal development of personality and better social life is closely related to the educational status of the person. Education is the process of realizing a person's capabilities and highlighting his natural abilities and interests before the society. To further clarify the importance of education, it is necessary to understand the definitions of some important educationists.
