Abstract: Teaching is a labor intensive job. Some labor is required to perform various roles, especially those that conflict with each other. Therefore, one of the main problems that the teacher faces is that of summing up his roles, aligning them with the life values that are most important to him, and fulfilling them in such a way that they do not detract from his sense of comfort or self-habit. . A consolidated and logically favorable approach to life is what all mature people face, whether at work or beyond. When we are constantly forced to behave in ways that are contradictory or that create a gap between our self-ideals and self-concepts, we can become dissatisfied, unhappy, and ineffective in our work. . Feelings of optimism, contentment, and happiness are not only pleasant in and about ourselves, but they are also a sign of and foundation for good mental health. Therefore, in professional life, it is necessary to have those elements and powers which help in developing the strength and power of the personality, and at the same time there should also be knowledge of those elements which create obstacles in creativity or which affect our mental state and sense of well-being. For this, they are non-calculative and degenerate. Just as teachers fulfill many roles, in the same way. There are many factors that can become hindrances or help in success. Undoubtedly in influencing the personality and positions of the tath teacher. The personality and efficiency of the teacher is most important. The way the teacher creates the teaching environment in the classroom with his skill, basically determines the emotional state of the class and the behavior, development and personality of the learners. The emotional atmosphere of the classroom bears the imprint of the teacher's personality.
