Therefore, in professional life, it is necessary to have those elements and powers which help in developing the strength and power of the personality, and at the same time there should also be knowledge of those elements which create obstacles in creativity or which affect our mental state and sense of well-being. For this, they are non-calculative and degenerate. Just as teachers fulfill many roles, in the same way. There are many factors that can become hindrances or help in success. Undoubtedly in influencing the personality and positions of the tath teacher. The personality and efficiency of the teacher is most important. The way the teacher creates the teaching environment in the classroom with his skill, basically determines the emotional state of the class and the behavior, development and personality of the learners.
