dc.description.abstractTeacher education refers to those policies and procedures that equip teachers with the knowledge, aptitude, behavior and skills they need to perform effectively in their classroom, school and wider community in the future. Under this, the process in which a teacher is provided training or teaching assistance for the first few years or only one year in a school after coming into service, such as making attendance register, accounting of fees, knowledge of students' tests, etc. . Here the professional development of a practicing teacher is continued. Many times it is believed that now we have become teachers and there is no need for us to study or increase our knowledge, but this perception is wrong. It is necessary for an in-service teacher to read to keep himself updated. Teacher education is a program which is related to the skills and abilities of a teacher. This program makes a teacher successful and capable to meet the requirements of his profession and face the challenges. Teacher education helps in imparting teaching skills, principles related to educational science, and professional skills related to language and society in a teacher. Help teachers see learners as active participants in their own learning, not just knowledge As the only recipient.
