dc.description.abstract | School is a social institution, not the teacher and other employees are engaged in moral work in an organized group and carry out their respective tasks. But when it comes to the word leader in the district field, it indicates a person who holds a managerial position: like Vice-Chancellor of a University, Head of a Department, Director of an Institution, Principal of a School, Supervisor, Inspector. All these important persons are responsible for achieving the institutional goals, hence they are known as leaders. Even in secondary schools, teachers and school staff continue to bear their respective responsibilities which are led by the school principal and his leadership is considered successful only when all the teachers and staff are impressed by his ability, experience, efficiency and knowledge and support him. We welcome your orders wholeheartedly. Accept his plans in mind and are ready to make them. The Principal also welcomes the abilities, experiences and ideas of all his employees and colleagues, respects them, listens to them, guides them in solving their problems and helps them in improving their situations. The Principal bears all the responsibilities of the school with due stature. The principal is the leader of the school and is a role model for the leaders of the school. Just as the head of any committee is Umka Bhano and his workers follow him and they go to the committee on behalf of Upati and achieve the means and objectives. The smell of leadership cowardice affects all aspects of a person. Leadership is a process in which a person: helps others achieve a goal through social influence. Making decisions, taking decisions, directing, giving orders, etc. is an art, a difficult technique, but other work-oriented people do not have this quality or respect. | en_US |
