dc.description.abstractThe main objective of education is the all-round development of the individual. In which physical, mental, social, spiritual and emotional development takes place. Business requires people with qualifications and abilities, it is necessary to know the aspirations of the students to adopt various professions, knowing this, they can be given direction and support in the direction of achieving a particular profession. In the present situation India is facing complex problems like population explosion, unemployment. Educational institutions have been given the responsibility to develop professional behavior in students, so that these problems can be solved. The prevailing education system should meet the needs of the society. Education has been made an institution in the society so that it can enhance the development of behavior. Many institutions have educational functions in the society. But the educational institution furthers the development of its members by using knowledge as a means in the society. Modern education depends on the ability of the individual. Education is a means of improving the members of the society. This improvement is brought by the teacher. The teacher is responsible for arranging the education process according to the needs of the individual and society by creating a suitable environment. It is the responsibility of the teacher to make the person's abilities attainable.en_US
