dc.description.abstractThe natural, social, philosophical and psychological needs of every person determine the desired values for him. A person's values are a mirror of what he wants to do with his limited energy and time. As a guide to life, values mature with experiences and are reflected in the individual's behaviour. Man acquires experiences by adjusting to his environment through the qualities identified in his own personality. His life continues to be influenced by the environment. The internal forces of the person come in contact with the external forces of the environment. Then balance is established between these forces. The result of this balance is adjustment and this adjustment creates personality, qualities and moral values. If despite having the ability to adjust, discrepancies are found in a person's conduct and values, then the society considers that person aimless, that is, both moral values and adjustment are necessary for human society.
