Abstract: Education is a process which contributes to the natural and harmonious development of man's innate powers. Provides complete development of individual and personality. Education helps a person to establish harmony with the environment. Prepares him for the responsibilities and duties of life and citizenship. And brings about such changes in his behavior, thoughts and outlook. Which is beneficial for the society, country and world. Education is the ladder of development that takes man and society forward on the path of progress. Education means making the child's life successful by all-round development of his innate powers. To make the importance of education more clear, it is necessary to understand the definitions of some educationists. Mahatma Gandhi has said that, “What I mean by education is to bring to light the physical, mental and spiritual superiority inherent in the child and the human being.” The Russians have said that "Education is enjoyable, logical, balanced, useful and natural life." The aim of education is the all-round development of the personality of children. The teacher should develop functional aspects only while teaching. Emotional reading is considered most important. According to the Indian Constitution, education should be provided to all children of 6-14 years of age. The Indian Constitution provides equal opportunities to all the citizens of the country irrespective of class, caste, race, place of birth, gender or language.
