dc.description.abstractAdjustment is a conscious action taken by a person. In which he fulfills his needs and establishes a balance between the circumstances, only then he is able to conduct his work in an appropriate manner. Through adjustment, we try to change our income according to the changing circumstances, on the other hand, adjustment also gives us such power and meaning that we can change the circumstances. Adjustments we have to make between Hamor and our circumstances. Therefore, balance can be created by changing oneself for that. That means circumstances can be compromised. A condition of a person only reveals his mood. His own satisfaction has a favorable or adverse effect on his mood and the key to how satisfied he is is based on the balance of his desires and needs and his expectations related to this satisfaction. A child is satisfied only then. When it's time to experience your own adjustments.en_US
