Abstract: Adjustment is a conscious action taken by a person in which he establishes a balance between the fulfillment of his needs and the circumstances. Only then is he able to conduct his work properly. Through adjustment, we try to change ourselves according to the changing circumstances, on the other hand, adjustment also gives us such strength and meaning that we can change the circumstances themselves. Adjustments we have to make between ourselves and our circumstances. Therefore, balance can be created by changing oneself for that. That is, circumstances can be compromised. A condition of a person only reveals his mood. His own satisfaction has a favorable or adverse effect on his mood and the key to how satisfied he is is based on the balance of his desires and needs and his expectations related to this satisfaction. A child is satisfied only when he feels adjusted.
