dc.description.abstract | Education is a process of all-round development. In which 'knowledge is related to knowledge' and it is the teacher who establishes this relationship. It is said for the teacher that:- “It is the axis around which the entire educational cycle revolves.” No matter how good the entire curriculum, activities, buildings etc. are, the pace of them is driven by the teacher. Along with this, the teacher is also honored with the title of nation builder. He is called the creator of man, and it is said that the teacher plays an important role in building the character and outlook of children. Today, in the present era, there has been a lot of change in the socio-economic conditions, today knowledge is expanding in the field of education. It is also the responsibility of teachers to have knowledge about the modern world and its activities and to create capable citizens for democracy.
