dc.description.abstract | The main objective of education is the all-round development of the individual. Which includes physical, mental, social, spiritual, emotional development as well as professional development. Business requires people with different qualifications and abilities who can take up different professions. For this, it is very important to know the professional aspirations of the students, knowing which they can be given guidance and support in the direction of attaining a particular profession. In the present situation, India is facing complex problems like population explosion, unemployment. Educational institutions have been given the responsibility to develop professional behavior among the students so that these problems can be solved. The prevailing education system should meet the needs of the society. Education has been made an institution in the society so that it can enhance the development of behavior. Many institutions have educational functions in the society. But the educational institution furthers the development of its members by using knowledge as a means of society.
