The child's lack of language affects the progress or decline of all his subjects. A student who shows neglected ability in Hindi language appears to show satisfactory progress in other subjects also, whereas a weak student continues to lag behind in other subjects. As a result, he develops a feeling of low self-confidence and despair, which hinders his educational progress. This has an adverse effect on his overall progress. In conclusion, it can be said that richness of linguistic knowledge, like the backbone, proves helpful in protecting the reputation of the student at every turn of life.en_US
