Abstract: The basis of progress of any nation is not its mortal wealth but enlightened manpower which is created through a well-organized and comprehensive education system. In the present era, the position of every country involved in science and technology competition is assessed by the level of education. Because the evaluation of the country and society, the all-round development of capabilities and personality of its citizens ultimately depends on education. The child has the most important place in the education system. For the progress of the child and the school, proper curriculum, best books and good educational resources and suitable schools are required. Education makes the society development-oriented. The objectives of education keep changing according to the country, time and circumstances. Which complements the changing needs of the society, education enables us to take appropriate decisions according to the circumstances and choose the right path and choose the right option on different occasions in different areas of life. Education leads to proper physical, mental, intellectual, social and emotional development of the child. Teacher has to play an important role in the school premises. They give practical form to the entire school plan. If the teacher does not use them properly then even the best teaching method becomes ineffective. This thought that simple education is the only powerful means of freedom from ignorance always remained in Gandhiji's mind and as a result of this, the concept of basic education system was created and its practical applications were made. As a result of this vision, Article 45 of the Constitution clearly states that it will be the responsibility of the States to ensure that all children up to the age of 14 years, within ten years of the coming into force of the Constitution,
