dc.description.abstract | The progress of any nation depends on the quality of its teachers. This is the reason why teachers have been called the best profession. The Kothari Commission started its report with the statement – India's destiny is shaped in the classrooms of the country. The basic foundation of the education system of any country is the teacher. Many efforts are being made to improve the quality of education. In which teacher training can make an important contribution in this regard. Training means the development of those various disciplines and techniques in which one becomes capable of using his general and specific knowledge in such a way that he can use it successfully in public service, hence the general development of intelligence. Specialization in education is related to special education and the method of training used. Every nation is always concerned about the future outline of education. There is always some discussion going on. There is hardly any nation. In which the importance of education is not being recognized today. Almost all the countries have started believing that if any nation has to be raised, then it is very important to emphasize on education and accept the importance of education for increasing economic income. Our training objective should be functional literacy for the motivated sections and mass literacy for all sections. The result of this will be that we will not be disappointed at the political, economic and cultural level. Will have to. This is more important for democratic countries like India than other countries. M.P. There have been many positive changes in the field of education in the last decade. Under the implementation of projects like District Primary Education Program and Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, many important innovative changes have taken place in the field of education. These innovations have also yielded positive results. Education is not just a process of acquiring different types of information, but it is a great effort to connect this information into the overall framework of life in such a way that life can be effective and meaningful. | en_US |
