Anxiety actually arises due to fear. Due to any kind of difficult and confusing situations that occur in normal life, fear of obstacles arising in the welfare and security of the person, protection of ideals and reputation, etc., a person naturally becomes afraid and worried. Today, with the speed at which everyday life is being modernized and many types of complications are coming in front of it, no person is free from worries. Thus, in the modern era, it is normal and natural for humans to be worried. Like children's illness, fear of exams, financial difficulties etc., almost every person is worried. Man has been afraid since ancient times. The main characteristic of worry is fear because it is through fear that the father is born. Many children develop the habit of being naughty. They start thinking that they are not happy in life. Any sudden, insignificant incident burdens their mind and they start thinking that as a result of that particular incident, their entire life will become dark. For this reason they become more expansive.en_US
