dc.description.abstract | Education work is considered a respectable work in the world. This work has been adopted by many of the world's best personalities. In all ages, many social reformer religious leaders have adopted this work and increased the glory of this work. Buddha, Jesus, Socrates etc. In the real sense, he was the true teacher of mankind. He introduced people to reality by accepting normal life. It has been a cultural tradition in India also that teachers have been doing selfless teaching by adapting themselves to each environment. But today there are question marks on the level of teaching work and education in our country. There is a change in people's views towards this honorable work. The respect and prestige of the teacher is becoming merely formal. A teacher gets real respect only when he performs his tasks and duties properly. If he is not conscious of his actions. That is, if he remains indifferent and stressed, the society never accepts him as a teacher. He does not have respect and prestige in the society. | en_US |
