Abstract: For the progress of education and development of quality in it, it is very important to improve the education of teachers. In order to provide the benefit of good education to the entire nation, the expenditure incurred on teacher education or teacher training is very less. In the absence of good training, the teacher fulfills his duty by giving direction in his own way. The present world is developing at a very fast pace. Therefore, in this world of dynamic development, the teaching of traditional old and worn out teaching methods will not be able to take the nation forward, it will slow down the progress of the nation and the expenditure on education will not be meaningful. In fact, as per the Education Commission 1964, in which the Kowari Education Commission has said that the present situation can be improved in vocational education only by bringing about the necessary revolution in teaching. The life of a teacher in India has been very high. Our religious leaders and social reformers have been teachers and guides of the society. Even today many teachers are viewed with great respect. But due to uncontrolled spread of education and many other conditions, the status of teachers has generally deteriorated. Lack of adequate improvement in the services of teachers, working conditions of teachers not being satisfactory, teachers working in isolation, unprecedented spread of shake, falling standard of teacher training, proper functioning of teachers, change in values of society etc. There are many reasons that have led to the situation of teachers. The status of teachers is directly related to the quality of education. To improve the many defects related to the quality of education, it would be appropriate to improve the condition of teachers. This is the reason why the makers of the National Education Policy 1986 have made fundamental improvements in the teacher training programs and its quality in the new education policy, having full faith in the teacher community to bring about the desired change in the society. It would not be an exaggeration to say here that teacher training is a part of the National Education Policy. To make teachers aware of their level of training and responsibilities
