dc.description.abstractModern era is full of competition. In this age everyone has develop a competitive nature and tried to overcome others in achieving their goals. In the field of income, health, status of home, furniture, ornaments, electronic gadgets, costly materials, educational status etc all people have a competitive tendency to achieving their goals. Among the various areas where people try to compete others Academic Achievement is the most important and relevant aspect of life where people make their effort to do their best over others, which starts from very beginning of schooling. Each and everyone runs behind excellence. Excellence in Education has been the greatest important not only for the pupils but also for teachers and parents, hence all parents and teachers make all efforts to create such an academic environment where pupils are nurtured in such a way that there is no reason for failure of academic development. From the above fact academic achievement is one of the predictions of people's success in general and pupils' success in their career.en_US
