Students’ marks on a common assessment were found to improve by approximately 5% when taught the formal charge method, and students who used this method were able to identify the correct answer with fewer attempts. These differences were found to be statistically significant. aLewis Structures a First-Year Undergraduate aGeneral High School Introductory a Chemistry Curriculum Learning Analytics u https://doi.org/10.1021/acs.jchemed.3c00189 cPER 00104070aRIEBPLbRIEBPLd2023-11-16l0o540.7r2023-11-16 00:00:00w2023-11-16yPER c44891d44890
